I'm Katherine Lopez, the founder of Kay Marie Ink, a published author, seasoned Executive Assistant, former educator, proud mother, and woman of faith who believes that the knowledge, talents, and experiences we're given are meant to be shared.

Originally from New York, and now calling Florida home, my journey has taken me through different industries, opportunities, challenges, and seasons of life. Each one has taught me something valuable about leadership, resilience, relationships, and the importance of walking in wisdom.

With over 15 years of administrative and operational experience, I've had the privilege of working alongside CEOs, presidents, and C-suite executives, helping them navigate demanding schedules, competing priorities, complex initiatives, and the countless details that come with leadership.

But what I've always enjoyed most isn't simply organizing calendars or coordinating projects.

It's making a difference in someone's day, helping them succeed, and knowing that my work has brought real value.

Throughout my career, I've learned that exceptional executive support requires far more than administrative skills. It takes emotional intelligence, discernment, discretion, integrity, and the confidence to speak up when necessary.

Those same qualities are deeply connected to another passion of mine: teaching biblical wisdom.

From Supporting Today's Leaders to Inspiring Tomorrow's

As a mother and former teacher, I've always believed that some of life's most important lessons are learned long before we enter a classroom, a boardroom, or the workforce.

I grew up surrounded by the wisdom found in the Book of Proverbs. And while I haven't always made the wisest decisions myself, I'm grateful for the parents, family members, and friends who loved me enough to offer guidance, correction, and encouragement along the way.

Those experiences shaped the woman I am today and strengthened my desire to pass those same lessons down to my son and the generations that follow.

That passion inspired me to become an author and create ABCs of Wisdom, a children's book designed to help parents introduce biblical principles, build character, and encourage thoughtful decision-making from an early age.

Because I believe the foundation of great leadership begins with the character we develop long before anyone gives us a title.

Why I Created Kay Marie Ink

For years, my professional experience and my passion for writing and teaching wisdom seemed like two separate parts of my life.

Eventually, I realized they were connected by the same purpose.

Serving others and helping them become better equipped for what's ahead.

After moving on from my full-time corporate role supporting a CEO, I embraced the opportunity to build something of my own—something that would allow me to use my professional experience while continuing to pursue my passion for writing, faith, and education.

Through Kay Marie Ink, I now offer personalized Executive Virtual Assistant Services to a select number of business leaders who value experience, trust, and a genuine professional partnership.

At the same time, I continue creating books and faith-based resources that encourage families to plant seeds of wisdom in the next generation.

One passion allows me to support the leaders making important decisions today.

The other allows me to invest in the leaders who will shape tomorrow.

A Little More About Me

Outside of my professional life, I'm a mother first, a lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely enjoys bringing people together.

I love spending time with family, traveling, exploring new places, reading, writing, and finding opportunities to encourage others.

My faith plays an important role in how I approach life, relationships, and business. I believe in working with excellence, treating people with kindness, keeping my word, and using whatever gifts God has entrusted to me to make a positive impact.

I'm also a firm believer that growth doesn't stop with age, experience, or success. There's always something new to learn, a perspective worth considering, or an opportunity to become a little wiser than we were yesterday.

And if there's one thing life has taught me, it's that wisdom isn't about being perfect or never making mistakes. It's about being willing to learn from them.

Kay Marie Ink is more than a business name to me.

It's a reflection of who I am, what I've learned, and what I hope to leave behind.

Whether I'm helping an executive reclaim valuable time, mentoring an administrative professional, writing a book for children, or encouraging someone through a biblical lesson, my heart is in the same place.

I want the work I do to matter.

I want the people I serve to feel valued.

And I want the wisdom I've gained along the way to continue making an impact long after I'm gone.
